Optional Filters

If taking leads statewide does not fit your business model, Leadbot offers the ability to limit lead geographical delivery to a designated seventy-five mile radius. While this is a popular selection for many producers, Leadbot cautions that lead flow can be substantially diminished when applied. With exclusive annuity leads, Leadbot cannot guarantee how fast you will recive your leads. if you chose to purchase Radius-based an additional cost of $15 per lead is charged in addition to the $65 base lead cost.

Guaranteed Filters

• All prospects will be a minimum of 35 years old

• All prospects will have indicated that they have a minimum of $10,000 currently invested or available to invest.

Lead Generation Details

Prospects have requested information and/or quotes regarding annuities specifically or "retirement planning solutions" touted to help grow their nest egg tax-deffered,, preserve capital - specific needs targeted by an annuity. Some campaigns will also offer them a free booklet on annuities and/or retirement planning.

All annuity leads are not created equally. At Leadbot we utilize one of the most stringent quality control processes in the industry to provide you clean leads that make you money.

STEP 1 - Quality Lead Generation Only

All leads generated using proven methods only. No free iPods or gift certificates in exchange for filling out our requests for annuity information. Consumers are offered a free booklet on annuities and a suitability assessment with a licensed professional.

STEP 2 - Automated Scrubbing

Upon consumer submission, all leads are automatically put through several electronic quality control steps

• Are the minimum fields filled out?

• Does Leadbot already have the lead?

• Do the first 6 digits of the given phone number (NPA.NXX) exist in that combination in their stated zip code?

• Are the minimumn age and investment level filters satisfied per the data entered with the lead?

Those not satifying the above tests are removed from the distribution pool.

STEP 3 - Call Center

Leads that pass the above steps are then sent to a call center where each lead is called multiple times by a live person in an attempt to verify the phone number. if the prospect is reached, the rep will confirm the prospects interest and information.

**Leadbot may not be able to contact every lead and not doing so does not eliminate the lead from being eligible for distribution. If there is no obvious reason to invalidate the lead (disconnected phone number, fax number, different name on voice mail) the lead will be considered valid. Normally the call center will only hold a lead for a maximum of 24 hours before releasing it.

STEP 4 - Email Introduction and Annuity Booklet

After leaving the call center, leads deemed valid will be emailed to the assigned agent. At the same time, Leadbot will also send the prospect an email introducing the agent as their assigned professional, and also including a digital ebooklet outlining the benefits of annuities.

Expectations

Prospects are delivered to our customers real-time to 48 hours fresh. On average, 5% to 15% of your leads will be eligible for replacement. We try to eliminate all bad leads before they get to you, but with dozens of marketing campaigns it is impossible to catch them all.

Once an order is placed, lead flow normally commences within 24-72 hours. This timeframe may vary due to fluctuations in consumer demand and your chosen geographic. While Leadbot can limit the maximum number of leads you may receive in a given day, we cannot guarantee a minimum number of leads per day, per week or per month.

Lead Management

Leadbot allows you to purchase leads, view leads, resend leads and request credits from any web enabled computer.

Available delivery formats: HTML email, plain text email, CSV flat-file, TSV flat-file, XML POST, and HTTP POST. If you use a CRM product such as ACT or Goldmine, you can import leads directly into your database.

Credit Policy

Leadbot guarantees the following:

1. Real person
2. Real phone number
3. Person is in their 35th year or greater
4. Person has at least $10,000 invested or to invest

No other reasons for return will be accepted.

Any leads violating any of the above guarantees will be happily replaced with another lead. Credit requests will be called and verified. There are no cash refunds. Leadbot cannot guarantee how fast you will receive your leads. Leads must be returned within 15 days of delivery to be eligible for credit.
